Test/Repair Operator (TRO) Project duration: 6months Role Summary + Test/Repair Operators operates equipment, systems and infrastructures required for testing Teradyne products, and executing test processes while adhering to quality standards. + Test/Repair operators will also work with Engineers for process and quality improvements Role Functions + Perform incoming and outgoing visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) + Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBAs + Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs. + Interpret test scripts, perform basic failure isolation of PCBAs and follow defined "failure and fix" steps. Escalate undefined failures to Technicians, Engineers, or Supervisor. + Perform repair on low-complex PCBA failures + Perform final preparation of PCBAs and shipping to final quality assurance (FQA) team.
