Job Title: Test/Repair Technician
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Test Technicians to handle repairs and upgrades for robots coming back from the field. The ideal candidate will have a solid electro-mechanical skill set, capable of performing electrical wiring and mechanical tasks. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and ensuring that robots are fully operational after repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair robots and equipment that are malfunctioning.Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.Assist in selecting and developing tools, test equipment, and fixtures for diagnostics.Help develop and refine testing procedures for various robot systems.Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including tools, equipment, and repair areas.Create and recommend proposals for equipment purchases, maintenance plans, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and assembly.Proficient in interpreting blueprints and complex mechanical drawings.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.Proven technician experience in both mechanical and electrical fields.Automotive knowledge is an added bonus.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.Familiar with a variety of mechanical and electrical test equipment.Able to read and interpret technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
