To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

As a test specialist Business Transformation you will be leading testing activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and Non-Functional testing phases in a multi release set up.Part of the central test management team and closely collaborate with functional and technical teams across the business transformation global program.Prepare and implement holistic test approaches for complex application landscape along with the central test management.Support in developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test etc.) in a cross-functional environment.Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.
