Test Technician
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Test Technician II to join their team. As a Test Technician II, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Job Title:** Test Technician II **Location:** Hillsboro, OR **Pay Range:** $29.15 per hour **What's the Job?** + Perform testing using prescribed methods/work instructions + Collect test data for our database then analyze data to make process decisions + Assist in selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment + Performs wide variety of analysis to identify and address problems + Perform machine set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent required + A 2-year technical degree preferred or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills. Military Technical Training in lieu of technical degree may also be considered + At least 1 year of manufacturing/electronics testing required + Previous experience using test equipment preferred (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Chart Recorders) + Ability to read detailed drawings and perform basic problem solving on electronic and mechanical assemblies at the component and system level **What's in it for me?** + $1500 total sign-on bonus - $1000 at offer, $500 at time of conversion + $500.00 sign-on bonus at day 30 (Paid out by supplier via Beeline after 30 days of being hired as a contingent worker) + $500.00 sign-on bonus at day 90/time of conversion (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a full-time regular employee).
