Lionbridge Games is looking for a motivated **Language AI Specialist (Test & Tech)** to work as a part of an exciting new **Language AI (Games)** team that will drive the exploration and operationalization of AI solutions through our games content services. The **Language AI (Games)** team will facilitate the rapid implementation of LLM- and AI-based production solutions as fully deployed workflows from technology, organization, process, and skills perspectives. The team will focus on practical implementation of multilingual LLM- and AI-based production solutions, and the exploitation of tools and technology within real-world scenarios. The team will work in a cross-disciplinary and hands-on manner solving challenges collectively, with individual team members providing specialist expertise in core areas. The **Language AI Specialist (Test & Tech)** provides technical support to the team ranging from localization engineering tasks through to AI model deployment and configuration, and AI application support. As a test specialist she also provides guidance for AI process test design, test data collection and test data analysis. **Responsibilities** The **Language AI Specialist (Test & Tech)** will participate in all aspects of the **Language AI (Games)** team responsibilities, adopting many hats in pursuit of the team’s objectives. Notably she will participate in: **Team Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. **Experimental Lab** relating to AI production solutions 1. Exploratory prompt and AI design with a particular focus on ML outcomes 2. Identification, creation, execution and analysis of test cases 2. **Repository of** **Expertise** relating to AI production solutions 1. Attend prompt engineering training 2. Building prompt libraries 3. Documenting best practices 3. **Training & Mentoring Cadre** to production teams 1. Transfer knowledge throughout the production organization 4. **Manage** **AI Pilots and Production** for Customers 1. Design and execute response to customer requests for AI pilots 2. Design and prepare response to customer requests that have an AI component – support and assist Production teams in their execution. 5. **Collaborate and liaise with Product and R&D** teams around a shared roadmap for AI production technology and services. 6. **Work directly with freelance and internal linguists and QE teams** to perform punctual tests: QE tests, Linguistic input, etc. Additionally, the **Language AI Specialist (Test & Tech)** brings expert test and technology support to the team, especially in areas such as: + Preparation of content for process ingestion + Automation of repetitive tasks + Exploration, proposition of new AI models and their capabilities to Product and the team + Deployment of new AI models for testing by the team + Troubleshooting support to team for AI applications + Designing test cases, data collection and analysis for AI process evaluation + Reinforcing the team’s “engineering” expertise in relation to complex prompt and AI process design. **Essential Attributes** + Curiosity about language, process, and technology + Team-oriented with a desire to work collectively to achieve the team’s goals + Strong self-organizational skills and an ability to execute quickly in a fast-changing environment + Familiarity with language and translation challenges, character sets, encoding, file formats and structure, etc. + Familiarity text and data transformation processes and the ability to script rapid tooling solutions + Familiarity with deployment of third-party AI models, notably in Azure: STT, TTS, LLM + Strong test case design skills, understanding of data collection and analysis + Good understanding of how to organize and present findings and communicate with non-technical teams **Preferred Experience** + Degree or higher (master’s or higher appreciated) in a relevant field. + High degree of fluency in English, both spoken and written + High degree of fluency in at least one other language + 4 + years’ experience in software testing, development or engineering role + 1+ year using LLM prompts to support daily activities + Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Lionbridge embraces equal employment opportunity and a diverse workforce, making hiring and employment decisions based on individual merits and talent without regard to any protected status.
