Responsibilities:

Identify and develop solutions to mechanical systems and technical problems.Develop test procedures and lead elements of testing.Manage multiple projects and complete technical work assignments.Work with minimal supervision and direct other technicians as needed.Apply engineering methods to problems while understanding implications to cost, manufacturability, and
customer expectations.Represent the company to dealers and customers as a technical expert in key areas.Complete and monitor specialized testing for issues and accuracy.Prepare final reports on test outcomes and provide recommendations to leadership

preferredYears of Experience: 7 or more years of experience with mechanical systems and their application to
snowmobiles required, knowledge of project management requiredSoftware Knowledge: Data acquisition systems, Microsoft Office ApplicationsValid driver’s license required
