This position is responsible for the validation and development of mechanical drivetrain systems as part of new product development programs or continuous product improvement projects. You will plan and execute laboratory tests, analyze data, make recommendations, and document your findings. You will manage projects, utilizing the support staff in the lab. You will identify relationships and interactions between various test parameters while conducting thorough engineering analyses on test units. You will find product weakness and recommend appropriate analyses to address the findings.
