**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible for implementing and improving product testing, control & administration for test bench, monitoring control & analysis for FTPR, Implementation for PPAP, NPI, CPI on the test bench.
**What You Will Do:**
+ You will need to analyze for the implementation of master parts.
+ According to the SPC, implement the calculation and variation for the control limits on the master parts.
+ Implementation of test instructions.
+ Develop and program for the part number on the test bench.
+ Analyze the capacity of the machine.
+ Provide support to production.
**Education Requirement:**
Requires a bachelor’s degree, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical engineering or related field
Conversational English required
**What skills you will have:**
**Product Testing** :
+ Advance ability for Test instruction implementation.
+ Advance ability to analysis y diagnosis for test bench & product testing.
+ Knowledge on Test stand FTPR control.
**Analytical Thinking** :
+ Effective analysis to fund root causes on the test process.
+ Capability to solve problems on the test bench related to the product.
+ Analysis & implementation for new products.
**Decision Making and Critical Thinking** :
+ Ability to make decision on the critical operation.
+ Capability to data analysis for make critical decision on the product functionality.
**Troubleshooting Technical Problems** :
+ Knowledge for analytic troubleshooting until fund the failure root cause.
+ Knowledge for applied engineering for diagnosis failure mode.
+ Ability and technique to use different tool to diagnosis product failure mode.
**The best candidates will also have:**
+ Acquainted with software programing, Visual Basic, C++, Python, Power Apps.
+ Knowledge on Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems and Electronic Systems
**Additional Information:**
+ This position will be in Cienega de Flores Facility, Nuevo Leon, MX.
+ Your work schedule is Monday to Saturday and this position is face-to-face.
+ Availability is required depending on the support needs for the production line.
+ International travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
+ Active passport and USA visa are required (or in process)
+ Relocation is not offered for this position.
