Responsibilities:Lead a team of engineers responsible for post-silicon electrical validation and debug on mixed-signal PCIe SerDes IPOversee the development of evaluation scripts, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environmentManage schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of validation activitiesCollaborate with internal and external teams to develop test plans and analysis
Requirements:B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering10+ years of experience in silicon validation of high speed SerDesExperience with script-based test automation and strong scripting skills in generalHands on debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes, BERTs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network AnalyzersLeadership experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience with issue and task tracking through Jira/Confluence/KanbanExperience with software version control systems such as PerforceThe base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $158,000-$236,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Job Description and Requirements :You will work with a cross functional design team of analog and digital designers from a wide variety of backgrounds. Duties involve programming control and evaluation functions, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating the results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment.
Job Responsibilities:Post-silicon validation and debug of die-to-die interface IP products targeting the UCIe protocolTool development for testing of products, data presentation and research, and report generation.Help develop sophisticated software solutions to evaluate silicon performance on hardware
Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years experience, or Master’s with 1+ years experience.Proven experience scripting in Python and knowledge of software engineering best practices. Experience in development of complex software projects. Impressive background in data structures and algorithms. Solid problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Signals & Systems concepts, as well as Transmission Line TheoryBasic experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators. The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $83,000 - $125,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
