As a Test & Verification Engineer in the beauty products sector, you will be responsible for verifying and validating the design and functionality of innovative beauty devices. You will ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability by conducting rigorous testing and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities: Design, document, and execute test methods in a mechanical test laboratory setting. Perform data analysis and evaluate test results to validate the design verification process. Apply MSA methodology and statistical techniques to ensure test method validation and accuracy. Create high-quality technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide testing support and contribute to product development. Utilize software tools such as Windchill, Minitab, CFD analysis, FEA (Ansys), and 3D CAD (Creo). Work on the design of mechanical constructions in plastic and metal, with a focus on mass manufacturability (mould/assembly tooling design). Maintain a strong understanding of the development and testing processes for medical devices (ISO 13485, 21CFR820). Take a hands-on approach to testing activities, manage the test area and equipment, and develop test methods for new products. Profile Requirements: Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics. R&D Experience: 2+ years in research and development, focusing on design verification processes. Mechanical Test Laboratory: 3+ years of experience in test methods, test development, and test execution. MSA Methodology: Proficiency in test method validation and statistical techniques. Technical Documentation: Ability to create detailed and precise documentation for compliance. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, research, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Software Proficiency: Experience with Windchill, Minitab, CFD analysis, FEA (Ansys), and 3D CAD (Creo). Manufacturability: Knowledge of mechanical constructions in plastic/metal and experience with mould design and assembly tooling. Medical Devices Compliance: Understanding of ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 regulations. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
