Our Testing as a Service team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations and our PwC implementation and managed services teams delivery testing solutions and testing excellence through automated testing. We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients . Through our testing managed services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues. As part of our testing as a service offering we work across a variety of enterprise level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow and more.

As a Senior Manager in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to: 

Design and drive implementation of end to end testing strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of an application platform, including functional correctness, performance, scale and security across the Project/Program covering all the workstreams/tracks. 

Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing the test assets produced by the team. 

Creating outline Test Strategies, including specification of all standards, methods, processes and tools to be used 

Leading delivery of automated testing initiatives across multiple domains and applications 

Measuring test automation effectiveness and efficiency, and regularly adjusting methods and practices to achieve the highest level of continuous testing capabilities 

Understanding test automation requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model 

Leading the ideation and development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions that package leading practices and enable rapid deployment of high quality solutions for our clients; 

Participate in Proposals Solution and business development effort for Testing Services, supporting practice leaders in business development activities 

Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the development of dashboard reporting, usage statistics, administrator actions and other service-relevant data; 

Implementing and directing the delivery of work in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications and Change Management and Portfolio & Investment Management; 

Identifying business issues and liaising with relevant IT leaders to maintain alignment between the IT initiatives and the current and future direction of the firm 

Building effective relationships with key stakeholders 

Communicating agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting investigations or analysis on variations from expected performance levels 

Build next generation Test Framework using latest technologies 

Provides Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the Testing Organization 

Lead a team of technical engineers on evaluating new tools and automation technologies along with evaluation report 

Identify Quality Engineering and automation gaps and develop solutions for automation. 

Identify what tools and technologies should be implemented to support a CI/CD capability.  

Supporting Agile Testing Project and Kanban approach where applicable in achieving their strategic goals for the business and by providing technical support and mentoring to the team. 

Establish Test Environments Management and Test Data Management strategies and implement them for different testing activities. 

Managing the quality and acceptance of vendor testing deliverables on large and complex software development, infrastructure, SaaS and/or Cloud solutions 

Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability of taking ownership of tasks and completing them with minimal direct supervision 

Developing deep automation knowledge and application domain knowledge for an assigned business portfolio to aid in critically evaluating the balance of both testing needs and user requests 

Aligning with automation tool vendor(s) to integrate new automation in browser and mobile packages 

Minimum Degree Required: BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc.

Minimum Years of Experience:  15 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: 

15+ years of experience in testing or development with solid understanding of the software development lifecycle 

In-depth knowledge and experience in Retail solutions. Understanding of the various modules and functionalities, such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, Pricing, Promotions, Point of Sale (POS), and Master Data Management. 

Strong understanding of the retail industry, business processes, trends, and challenges. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, pricing strategies, promotions, customer management, and omni-channel retailing. 

Being able to lead and manage Retail implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage and manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. 

Ability to provide training and support to end-users is crucial. This includes conducting user training sessions, creating training materials, and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of Retail solutions. 

Knowledge and delivery experience of one of more of technologies such as Microservices, Rest API's, Mobile & Cloud. 

 Good knowledge in scripting with Test Automation Tools like Opkey, Suject7, Selenium, Work soft, UI Path 

Knowledge and delivery experience of modern delivery methodologies such as Behavior Driven Development, Technical Driven Development, DevOps, Lean, Agile 

Should have good performance engineering skills and deep understanding of any of the following technologies Java, .Net, SQL, Oracle, PostGres. 

At least 5 years of experience working in Cloud (AWS), Agile, CI/CD, DevOps environments. 

Experience in writing queries against databases and data warehouses in Oracle or SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and Mongo DB. 

Strong written/oral communication skills, problem resolution, good judgment, presentation, and decision-making skills required 

Prior experience of development or testing for Cloud Services. Experience with testing services in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a big plus 

Demonstrating experience in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing, Software Quality Principles, Advanced Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures; 

Understanding Quality Metrics, KPIs, Data Visualization, Data Analytics and its impact on IT organizations, Testing Maturity Models and how they are applied to increase maturity of quality and IT organization, to enable continuous improvement; 

Demonstrating expertise with test management tools like qTest, Azure DevOps, HP ALM; 

Demonstrating expertise in vendor management; 

Performing Data Mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions;
