The Team and Role:
The Testing Technical Manager is responsible for factory testing issue support and management.

Work in Vietnam, need to travel from different city in Vietnam
Focus on Mouse, Keyboard, Camera and video collaboration products
Focus on different CM factories’ testing issue and quality issue handling and management
Perform regular testing audit to different CM factories
Leading quality crisis issue analysis and follow up
Monitor and drive CM factories to achieve a better yield and high quality
Work with CM factories on the testing improvement and automation
Work with CM factories to drive testing digitalization
Drive CIP for MP products in CM factories
Support products testing station transferring from China to Vietnam
Training CM testing engineers and operators for new transferred product
Daily/weekly report to management team
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
College education and major in electrical related engineering
Fluent read and write and speak Vietnamese and English and Chinese
Experience in electronic product testing station setup, troubleshooting and management
Experience in circuit analysis and troubleshooting
Experience in testing software modification and debugging
Familiar with new product testing introduction
Familiar with MSA, GRR, FMEA
Familiar with Office/Minitab/Python/Visual Studio software
Familiar with testing equipment, such as Keysight 66311B, Keysight E4402B, Keysight N9320B, Keysight 34450…
Familiar CM factory technical management
Teamwork and communication skill is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years+ electronic product manufacturing testing experience
5 years+ testing fixture/hardware/software development experience
