Testing Technician

Adecco is seeking motivated and detail-oriented **Testing Technicians** to join our growing team in Portland, OR. As part of our operations team in one of our U.S. laboratories, you’ll perform both routine and non-routine testing assignments while ensuring timely and accurate results under direct supervision.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on laboratory experience in a supportive team environment.
**Schedule & Pay:**
+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ $18.00 per hour
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare material specimens for testing according to established procedures
+ Perform tests based on customer specifications under direct supervision
+ Collect, record, and maintain accurate test data
+ Assist with construction and maintenance of test fixtures and laboratory equipment
+ Follow laboratory safety guidelines and company policies at all times
+ Operate under the guidance of senior test technicians or department managers
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred; college or vocational coursework is a plus
+ 0–2 years of experience in a testing-related field
+ Basic understanding of testing concepts
+ Strong computer skills required
+ Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts is a plus
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and company standards
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time
+ Occasional lifting of 50+ lbs.
+ Moderate physical effort required

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
