**Job Title: Testing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Testing Technician to perform routine and special tests on various products, including transformers, power metering products, distribution units, and other integrated systems. The candidate will assist in product assembly, interpret standard documentation, and recommend improvements to products and processes while maintaining safety standards and adhering to ISO 9001 policies. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and special tests on products such as transformers, power metering products, distribution units, and other integrated systems. + Assist in the assembly of products according to specifications by following blueprints and schematics. + Interpret standard documentation and apply it to custom appliances. + Assemble mechanical components, ensuring proper fitting and alignment. + Recommend improvements in products, processes, and practices. + Work safely in accordance with Health and Safety procedures. + Adhere to all ISO 9001 policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in electrical or electronics assembly. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. + Experience working with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Licensed industrial electricians are preferred candidates. + Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical from a community college or equivalent is a strong asset. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical and dental benefits upon permanent employment.
