Please upload for consideration for Internship/Full time employee.  Responsibilities:  + Review and prepare project submittals and RFIs. + Maintain and update submittals and RFI logs. + Administrative closeout of outstanding submittals for Brunswick Treatment Plant Project + Perform quantity take offs and estimation (occasional). + Assist with purchasing and buyout of materials and equipment. + Assist with the project schedules including tracking and progress updating. Monitoring lead times and deliveries of scheduled materials and equipment. + Assist in preparing change orders to capture design, scope, and schedule changes. + Assist field engineering, survey and construction teams in preparing work plans for execution. + Assist QA/QC team with information related to project documents. + Assist with the coordination of startup & commissioning activities. + Assist with project close out documentation. + Occasional site visits will be required. + Attend internal project coordination meetings and meetings with subcontractors/suppliers. + To become familiar with Winnipeg project and assist with Architectural details and buyout. + Training on Revit and get practical knowledge on modeling from Winnipeg project. + Site Visits  Schedule:  + 40 Hours/Week  + Monday - Friday  Powered by JazzHR
