What you can expect:

\n\tLead a team of approximately 25 employees\n\tManage day-to-day operations\n\tEvaluate team potential and plan skill management\n\tAnalyze and optimize production processes\n\tLead internal and cross-functional FACTORY ONE projects\n\tCapture production-related data and generate resulting reports\n\tOversee prototype development in collaboration with the Quality Manager\n\tEnsure operational efficiency and quality targets are met\n\tCoordinate maintenance and repair of technical equipment and facilities\n

Your profile:

\n\tCompleted studies in clothing technology, alternatively a technician or master craftsman qualification, or a comparable qualification\n\tIn-depth product knowledge and comprehensive expertise in textile production processes\n\tStrong communication skills, diplomatic finesse, and assertiveness\n\tIndependent, structured work style and flexibility in handling various issues\n\tProficient in using various IT programs and quick to adapt to new software\n\tStrong drive for continuous process optimization and improvement\n\tExcellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills\n\n\n
