TFAW Program Manager , Vendor Investigations & Transaction Accuracy
This person will be responsible for overseeing the audit and validation of top-level goal inputs across eight theft, fraud, abuse and waste programs for month end, quarter end, and year end reviews. They will have visibility to senior leadership ensuring reporting KPIs are accurate. Additionally, this individual will own operational planning cycles, opex tracking, and other financial planning and forecasting activities. The selected individual will ensure accuracy of recorded savings through careful review of methodologies, documentation, and processes. They will own improving policies around future financial and goal planning inputs while ensuring current inputs are correct. This individual will work across all programs by leveraging influencing and stakeholder management skills. This role is critical to mitigating financial risks related P2P processes by performing risk assessments, leading audits, and implementing action plans. The role also requires ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to enhance audit outcomes and monitor progress on corrective actions

Key job responsibilities
Audit Ownership: Lead goal audits across eight TFAW programs, validating the accuracy of reported savings by thoroughly reviewing backup documentation and methodologies

Month end reporting: Own the creation of month end, quarter end, and year end reports to provide to senior leaders

Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct entrance meetings with key stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the audit and gather any concerns.

Risk Assessment: Perform a comprehensive risk assessment and develop a detailed test plan to identify risks within the program processes.

Audit Reporting & Action Plans: Lead final meetings to communicate audit results, prepare audit reports, and develop action plans to address identified issues. Ensure follow-up with stakeholders on action items to verify successful completion.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to processes, policies, and methodologies to mitigate future risks in TFAW programs.

Continuous Monitoring: Organize and lead periodic meetings to review progress on action plans and confirm that all corrective measures are implemented.

Investigation Oversight: Verify that the action plans for each investigation are complete, ensuring successful outcomes.

Executive Communication: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders, contributing to business reviews and strategic planning.

OpEx Tracking: Maintain and update operational expenditure (OpEx) tracking for TFAW programs, ensuring accurate documentation of headcount, requisitions and capital expenditures.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with program managers and senior executives (SVP) to draft the annual operating plan, consolidating headcount, risks & opportunities (R&O), and budgetary elements from all eight programs.
