Apple is looking for a world-class Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Process Engineer to develop and launch the next TFT technologies for the portable, laptop and desktop displays in Apple products. The TFT Process team is responsible for delivering the advanced TFT device and process technologies to enable the world’s best display performance in Apple products. In this role you will serve as a focal point in TFT architecture and the manufacturing process development for mass production. This includes TFT process integration of whole process design, each process step recipe tuning, TFT manufacturing equipment technology, TFT device characterization and Failure Analysis in mass production process. Also you will have responsibility to develop new panel products through the technical direction of highly talented cross-functional engineering teams and supplier partners, specialized in the development of panels.DescriptionDescriptionIntegrate TFT processes with multiple channel semiconductor materials within a single panel. Develop advanced TFT manufacturing equipment technology. Tune and characterize TFT devices, and simulate their electrical performance. Conduct failure analysis within the mass production process.
