Key Job Functions
Promptly and safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms. May secure, tag and store luggage at guest’s request.Deliver guest room packages and room drops as needed in a timely and professional manor.Serve as Hotel Doorman, when scheduled, giving a warm welcome and departure for all guests.Operate as Shuttle Van driver, when scheduled, following all standard operating procedures and delivering superior guest service and safety procedures.Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guest and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied guests. Perform other duties as assigned which may include but is not limited to accepting dry cleaning from guest and secure for pick up by dry cleaning company, delivering clean laundry or guest mail/messages, or sundry items to guest rooms, and responding to other special requests.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. May regularly inspect and clear hotel entrance and surrounding areas of litter and debris.Abide by all traffic laws, regulations and company policy at all times.Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to insure cleanliness and good working order.Deliver superior service to guests at all times.Report damage to shuttle to supervisor immediately. Pay Range
Pay Range $12.55- $13.24/hr. plus tips. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
