*** Do Not Apply on this Website***See Application Instructions Below*** The City of Napoleon Assistant Electric Superintendent The City of Napoleon is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Electric Superintendent. This position’s primary duties consist of office or non-manual work that is directly related to the management and supervision of the city’s electrical distribution department. The Assistant Electric Superintendent is responsible for oversight of the daily activities of the Electric Division and will act in an executive function as Electric Superintendent in their absence. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all functions of the city’s Electric Department, alongside the Electric Superintendent. Applicants should have a two-year college degree or equivalent in electrical engineering; five to seven years of relevant experience in electrical engineering; or any combination of education, training and work experience in electrical engineering that provides the required skill set to perform the essential functions of the job. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $31.25 to $42.26 per hour, depending on certifications and experience. This position, if standards are met, will take over for the current Electric Superintendent. Applicant must maintain a valid state of Ohio commercial driver’s license.
