The Bartender is responsible for mixing cocktails and other drinks according to prescribed recipes and procedures, preparing daily requisition of bar supplies and replenishing bar stock on daily basis, i.e. responsible to write orders of all items required as par stock to ensure smooth running of outlet.
The ideal candidate should have actual experience and thorough knowledge in bartending and food and beverage service operations. He/she should have good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
He/she ensures all side duties are carried out effectively and efficiently. He/she should ensure that well stocked as per par stock on a daily basis and has clean and non-chipped glassware. He/she should control all items/stock leaving the bar area as per correct docket and billing procedure.
