We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator to The Office of Furniture Services (OFS) Facilities Coordinator will be a highly motivated professional who enjoys both general administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities. **Description** The OFS Facilities Coordinator will be Responsible for updating and maintaining furniture inventory database part numbers and descriptions, updating and maintaining furniture standards by building, provide technical support to the Furniture Design and Warehouse teams regarding various furniture product lines. They will need to perform the following tasks. - Update furniture part numbers and descriptions using common nomenclature. - Identify, review, and validate all furniture standards for all buildings in SCV. - Coordinate with the Apple Project Management team on all new furniture installations. - Provide technical support to the Furniture Design and Warehouse teams. - Create and update furniture product “pull-sheets” with part numbers and descriptions. - Assist the Apple Ergonomics team with all ergonomics furniture part numbers and descriptions to ensure a common nomenclature. - Support the Furniture Scheduling Supervisor in receiving and triaging furniture work requests for specific requesters. - Assist in scheduling and directing the installation activities of multiple vendors. - Provide direction to vendors as needed and ensures vendors comply with Apple policies and procedures. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
