The P@th Internship Program Overview

The Possibilities at Home (P@TH) Internship provides Berrien County residents with the opportunity to
experience a Fortune 500 company, enhance their education experience with real-world application, strengthen
business acumen, and develop personal and professional skills to prepare them for future career opportunities.

Project assignments are available in various disciplines but could be in areas such as:

Currently, we are seeking qualified students currently completing their first or second years of college to
participate in an onsite internship experience.

In this role the intern will:

Report to a Whirlpool Leader who can provide career mentorshipHave the opportunity to work on a project that makes a business impactExperience work that uses your creative thinking skillsLearn about continuous improvement and how to drive results and success in a corporate environmentServe as an advocate for the P@TH InternshipParticipate in development experiences, meetings, and a mentor program

Successful completion of the internship can lead to an opportunity for consideration in other Whirlpool internship
programs and post-graduation consideration for our Leadership Development programs or other entry-level
opportunities for Whirlpool.

Minimum Requirements: Currently accepted to or enrolled at a 4-year college or university or 2-year program with intent to complete a 4-year degreeCurrent or recent resident of Berrien County2.8+ Cumulative GPA or recommended by counselor or teacher/professor
