The Upper Deck Bar & Grill are expanding our team due to the success of our opening year. Recently Finalists in the European Casino Restaurant Awards, and with sites on Rosettes and above, now is the time to join us.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to build your career as a chef and be trained by our kitchen team. All you need is a passion for food, and a drive to develop yourself.

We know that to be the best, you need to work with the best people. You will get to work alongside our multi award winning Head Chef Jack Bradley. Jack has achieved Rosette accolades in a number of restaurants as up to 3 Rosette, as well as short listing in the craft and guilds National Chef of the Year.
