The Vietage departs from Da Nang station every morning for the six-hour journey to Quy Nhon then Nha Trang and returns 

Job Description

 Vietage Team Members – Butlers always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

To work as a team with colleagues in all functions of the train, to ensure timely service and a smooth-running operation.To understand and adhere to all train policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, how to run the operation, and personal discipline and grooming.To have a full knowledge of the services and facilities provided by Vietage to answer any questions the guests may have.Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work areaFollow all reasonable work-related requests made by a Manager or Supervisor which may be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the train.Maintain the carriage in accordance with standards at all timesDevelop a complete knowledge of menusLearn and correctly use the Point-of-Sale equipment and follow proceduresTo maintain strict security measures when entering guest cabins, to maintain the privacy rights of our guests.Actively participate in all training meetings, to continually develop professional skills and increase guest satisfaction.Clean and break down trays in dish area, watching for condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, salt & pepper, etc.Performs other job-related duties as Manager / Supervisor assigned

QualificationsExperience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industryexcellent English communication skills.Strong multi-tasking skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to adapt to a fluid environmentCommitment to a high level of customer serviceStrict attention to detailKnowledge of area restaurants, theaters and other attractionsAbility to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretionKnowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus
