Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2025 semester (01/06/2025 - 04/27/2025)

Course: Theatre Participation I

In this course students select and participate in one of the following areas of theatre production and management including: technical theatre, front of house, performance, and stage/production management. Students are required to choose at least three different disciplines within their four years of study. The course requires 40 lab hours that can be used toward fulfilling scholarship requirements.

Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions while incorporating innovative teaching strategiesEngage students in cutting-edge technologies and industry trendsAssess student performance and mentor classroom success to prepare them for their chosen career pathProvide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:

Minimum: Master of Fine Arts or Masters in Theatre or other terminal degree in Theatre with Theatre/Education coursework AND2 years University instruction or approval by the Dean.
