The Center for OCD and Anxiety provides specialized, evidence-based care grounded in compassion for clients 10 years-of-age and older. Our treatment philosophy is one of collaboration with the client, forming an alliance against the disorder, and empowering the individual to pursue a life of their own values without OCD dictating what can and cannot be achieved.
What to expect.
You will provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with OCD and related concerns. Working closely with our team of devoted therapists, you will develop personalized treatment plans aimed at reducing symptoms, improving quality of life, and promoting long-term recovery.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Providing individual and group therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and other relevant therapeutic modalities. Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment goals and strategies for managing OCD symptoms and related distress. Educating clients and their families about OCD, including its causes, symptoms, and treatment options. Providing support, guidance, and psychoeducation to help clients navigate challenges and setbacks during the treatment process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.What you’ll get from us.
