The Therapist provides individual, group and family therapy to a caseload of five adolescents and gives clinical guidance to build a positive residential treatment program. Therapist maintains all clinical documentation, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and discharge paperwork. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:

*Flexible work hours

*CEUs provided and paid for. Paid training days included

*3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays
