At Silver Oak, we will be providing services to youth with variety of mental health conditions in a therapeutic residential setting. 

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities

Our Therapists are responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan, attending Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings, and completing assessments, Client Treatment Plans and reports as required by the county and state.  This position reports to the Clinical Director. Caseload for this position is designated for 6 clients in a residential treatment program.

Requirements:

Must possess the education and current specific licensure required per licensing. Bachelors Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred and licensure in the field of mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or related. 

Have one year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children.  Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
