Employment Type: Part-Time (8 hours per week)
Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Therapist, where you will play a crucial role in helping individuals, families, and couples address and overcome various mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to provide a range of therapeutic services, including counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification techniques.
As a Therapist, your primary responsibility is to assess, diagnose, and treat clients/patients based on their individual needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions to improve their relationships and enhance their overall well-being.
In this role, you will:
- Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling to meet clients' goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and render diagnoses to formulate treatment plans
- Document all services provided according to state regulatory standards
- Facilitate group counseling, family therapy, and specialty services such as trauma and co-occurring therapy

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete intake/screening assessments within designated time frames
- Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings to provide feedback on cases
- Document all services provided in compliance with state and agency standards
- Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients/patients, and coworkers
- Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed
- Assist in providing professional supervision to trainees once requirements are met
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders
- Comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation methods and treatment principles
- Excellent communication skills for effective documentation and interactions
- Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships and deliver services via telehealth
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services
Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of background checks
- Completion of New Hire Orientation and mandatory training
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance
