Job DescriptionThe purpose of the role is to enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs, and delivering optimal pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions, to achieve business objectives. The role will be responsible for handling a defined territory and focusing on health care professionals in that area to build a preference for Lilly, its products and services for patients.
The Therapy Area Specialist will engage customers across the healthcare system, collaborating with a range of Lilly team members to create tailored engagements and customer-valued solutions. Use of data to expand the customer knowledge to make informed decisions. The role will also involve creating multi-channel engagement plans that include personalized touch points and promotions to create impact for your products.
To achieve success, the role will utilize your knowledge of business strategy to find opportunities for improvement and act on these opportunities. You will build a connection between science and patient outcomes to put the patient first with an exceptional Lilly experience. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and marketplace are key.
Education:
University Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDKnowledge and Experience:
