The LifeVest wearable defibrillator is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), providing protection during their changing condition and while permanent SCA risk has not been established. The LifeVest allows a patient’s physician time to assess their long-term arrhythmic risk and make appropriate plans. The LifeVest is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA. The LifeVest continuously monitors the patient’s heart and, if a life-threatening heart rhythm is detected, the device delivers a treatment shock to restore normal heart rhythm.

Brief description:

ZOLL Medical Poland is looking for an Therapy Development Manager to join our team. The goal of this position is to raise awareness and accomplish sales of the ZOLL Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (WCD) LifeVest as a bridging tool for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in the South of Poland.


Job Description and Areas of Responsibility:
 

Increase awareness in your territory by visiting hospitals and speaking to physicians about the risk of SCA to promote prescriptions (new and existing customer base)Develop and provide upon request an action plan for targeting new customers where awareness is lowCreate a trustful and long-lasting network of potential prescribersPlan and execute product trainings and introductions for physicians and hospital staffReport activities and progress in regular intervalsPatient support services including patient fittings and technical support hotlineMonitor patients in an online network for discussion with physiciansParticipate, network and advertise on relevant national as well as international Cardiology conferences as necessaryParticipate in product and sales trainings in preparation for your sales and marketing activitiesCollaborate closely with Administration, Sales and Marketing Dept.

Requirements:

Bachelor or graduate in health sciencesAt least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industryPrior experience in business development, preferably in Cardiology or ElectrophysiologyExperience with patient education, telemonitoring and/or adherence management is a plusBesides Polish, good command in both written and spoken EnglishMotivated, independent, proactive, respectful, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with customers and business partnersGoal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approachWilling to travel frequently, as well as ready for a remote working environment

Location: Home Office based, located in Kraków and responsible for sales development in 3-4 voivodships in that part of the country
