Required duties of the Therapy Technician include communicating with patients and clinic staff, patient registration, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, answering phones, computer skills, clinician assistance, cleaning therapy rooms, cleaning therapy equipment, equipment set up, and any other duties as assigned. The Therapy Technician works as part of a team to promote efficient patient work flow throughout the clinic by being readily available to support our physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. **Education and/or Experience** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Associates Degree preferred. + 0-6 months experience is required. + 1-2 years’ experience is preferred. **CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS** + Current Lifeguard certification required (onsite Lifegarud training is available) + Certified pool operator preferred but not required. **Work Schedule** + Day shift: 6-8 hours shifts, 3-4 days per week between 8:00am-5:00pm; 48 hours every 2 weeks + Weekend and holiday rotations **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. + $17.50 - $23.00 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
