Role Summary:

We are looking for a Thermal Sprayer (M/F/T) to join our core competence department of thermal coatings.

Your role:

Preparing and setting up the coating, blasting and washing systemPreparing spray materialsPreparing spray gunsSetting up coating parameters and spray guns according to the spreadsheets, drawings or setup planMaking corrections in the NC code for coating control and robotsCoating and inspecting workpiecesMonitoring machine operations and correcting setting data, clamping and other things if necessaryChecking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and completenessCarry out operating testsEliminating malfunctionsPerforming maintenance and service tasks

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a skilled metal/sprayer workerETS training desirableGood computer skills desirableFluent written and spoken GermanFlexibility, ability to work in a team, responsible action, reliabilityWillingness to work shifts
