岗位职责:
1. 负责产品线的全周期管理,并负责推动各销售通路完成各项财务指标和市场竞争力指标
2. 通过对市场、用户、竞品等分析工作,与产品规划team紧密对接,清晰准确的抓住市场动向,向用户提供适销对路的产品
3. 结合产品成本、市场动态、竞争等因素,完成产品价格体系的设定,并与销售通路对接,完成相应的产品线布局、供应链管理等工作
4. 通过与市场部门的对接,完成产品市场推广方案规划并推动销售通络落地执行
5. 特殊促销节点或新品上市等项目,能够整合各部门资源,牵头开展营销活动并达成项目指标
6. 及时解决和处理所负责产品线的日常相关工作,完善产品的质量、服务、NPS,提升客户满意度
岗位要求:
1.具有3年以上PC行业硬件的产品营销从业经历 (portfolio管理经验优先);
2.管理过产品全生命周期的全过程,重视客户体验及NPS。从事过工作站/服务器产品的营销/规划工作优先
3.产品经理基础技能:客户洞察、市场及竞争分析、产品定价及盈利模式RTM设计、经营管理、客户满意度等。以上包含但不局限4P的整合营销能力
4. 重点关注端到端的能力,对技术发展、对行业趋势(包含上下游的敏锐洞察、零部件、软硬服的成本竞争态势)的洞察力。
5.具备良好的表达/呈现技能(office通用工作呈现)。优秀的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力。
6. 对专业创作、AI垂类行业感兴趣的优先,有互联网经验的优先。
