工作定位：

对ThinkPad全线品牌和产品的推广、传播效果负责。充分利用AI及数字化能力，建设、运营ThinkPad内容中心，洞察目标受众、制定及实施有效触达、覆盖、沟通、影响策略及措施，持续优化推广策略、扩大影响范围，提升传播效果

岗位职责：

1、洞察、构建品牌力、产品力全架构，并不断优化、提升

2、建立建设内容中心（内容工厂），并对接其人员培养、管理及日常产出

3、明确完整客户旅程，应品牌（产品）需求生产内容，视频为主，辅助（包括不限于）美图、海报、文案

4、为品牌及产品持续性拓展传播合作伙伴，包括但不限于热点、流量、IP、媒体、KOL、跨界伙伴等

5、规划、部署并落地应品牌、产品推广、发新需求为抓手的大型推广向整合营销项目，效果导向、助力销售

6、管理ThinkPad Social阵地，包括但不限于微博、微信公众号、抖音等，提升粉丝及互动量，生产优质内容，支持整合营销

岗位要求：

1、相关3C品牌、优质品牌运营、管理经验2年以上

2、原生AI使用、驾驭能力

3、高质量的审美、品控水准

4、品牌及产品推广经验、MCN机构优质账号构建经营优先

5、高水平策略、文案能力，相应exel、ppt、数据化、可视化能力

6、人品端正、底层逻辑清晰、缜密严谨、适应高压、勤劳踏实、持之以恒
