Tilte: Lotus Notes Consultant Duration: 30 - 120 days    The individual will be involved with migrating legacy LOTUS NOTES 4.5 applications to web based (both intranet and internet) applications and providing ongoing support of the LOTUS NOTES  applications now in production.    Additionally will be responsible for developing new custom web based solutions.  The skill set should include the following:        *     ASP (VBScript, Java Script and ActiveX)      *     Interdev 6.0      *     SQL 7.0      *     IIS 5.0      *     Site Server 3.0 Database design      *     Stored Procedures      *     DTS packages      *     Crtstal Reports 7.0   The right candidate should possess DREAM WEAVER MX and VISUAL BASIC for COM+ experience along with other Desktop development background.  This is a senior position, requiring the ability to develop data migration strategies, provide a support mechanism for ongoing internal application support, along with experience with developing system specifications, unit/system testing and define implementation timeline(s) and milestones.   The candidate should possess well rounded people skills, ability to act as liaison between IT Department and the end user.  Provide training, team building and mentoring for the IT Department.
