We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Third Parties Coordinator and Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and coordination with third parties, as well as overseeing legal changes that impact the company’s operations. This role requires a high level of communication, organization, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
In addition, this role has visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
Third parties Coordination and Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for third parties and vendors.
Oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting process with third parties, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Manage ongoing third party relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and contract renewals.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services from third parties Regularly review and assess third parties’ performance and suggest improvements or changes where necessary.
Monthly follow-up of budget and costs.
Legal Compliance and Operational Changes:
Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and regulations that could impact the company’s operations.
Lead the process of documenting and communicating any legal changes to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, including clients.
Work closely with internal teams, particularly the technical team, to ensure legal requirements are properly implemented on a technical level.
Prepare and deliver clear reports and documentation related to legal changes and their operational impact in tools and procedures.
Ensure all necessary legal compliance documentation is up to date and accessible for internal use.
Providing internal training if needed.
Collaboration and Communication
Coordinate with different departments, including legal, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of legal requirements into business processes.
Liaise with clients to communicate relevant legal changes and their potential impact on service delivery.
Support the implementation of operational changes through effective planning, organization, and communication across all departments involved.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
• High level of collaboration is required with corporate functions such as Technology, Legal/ Compliance, and Operations.
• Must maintain effective relationships with Iberia Service and Implementation leaders and managers.
• Proven track record in execution of initiatives with an excellent decision-making skill set.
• Must be able to influence multi-directional and non-linear relationships.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong inter-personal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, presentation and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of contract management and third party negotiations.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks affecting business operations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in third parties management, legal compliance, or operations coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
