YOUR ROLE Organization and coordination of production process relevant steps to start production at European and international contract manufacturers Assurance that Henkel product requirements and specifications are fulfilled by the suppliers Execution of 3PM supplier segmentation and supplier portfolio Ensuring safety, health and environment- compliance at supplier and follow up results of audits Monitoring available vs. requested production capacities on short/mid/long term view and initiating the appropriate actions Close cooperation with other functions within the European organization (Purchasing, Marketing and Materials Management) in order to introduce new products and processes in time YOUR SKILLS Min.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics or relatedfield 3-5years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply management from multinational stakeholders Technical background, process improvementand project management skills are beneficial Practical experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required, SAP experience is an advantage Fluent knowledge of English language is a must Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and handle challenging deadlines Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel B category driving licence BENEFITS WE OFFER Cafeteria: gross 836.000 HUF/year 13th and 14th month salary Long-term career development track Supportive company culture Shopping possibility of Henkel products for a discounted price (up to 20-50% discount) Flexible working hours, home office possibility Opportunities to learn and develop yourself (e.g.: trainings, LinkedIn Learning access) Great team to work with – strong employee community, multinational environment
