Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and diligent Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing risks associated with our third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners.

· Develop and maintain third-party risk management policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.

· Monitor and assess third-party performance, compliance, and security posture.

· Conduct due diligence and background checks on new and existing third-party relationships.

· Prepare and present risk assessment reports and findings to senior management.

· Facilitate training and awareness programs on third-party risk management for staff.

· Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in third-party risk management.

· Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related role, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

· Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus
