Who we are looking for:
State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Vendor Management (VM) function is seeking to hire a Third Party Risk Management analyst to support the newly established Bangalore CoE Team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support the team on TPRM activities including oversight of SSGA vendor engagements, monitor and drive vendor performance and service excellence, and help control costs to better manage vendor risks and gain increased value throughout the vendor lifecycle
What you will be responsible for:
For SSGA high-risk and critical vendors, proactively partner with relevant SSGA business units to manage third-party relationships and risks (e.g., business impact, regulatory risk, operational dependency and BCP sufficiency)Collaborate with business and other stakeholders and manage the escalation and resolution of key vendor issues, while liaising internally for the issue tracking and remediation update communicationPartner with TPRM and Procurement corporate functions to facilitate SSGA business’ vendor selection, assess vendor risk and products/services offering, manage vendor contract negotiation and execution, and guide vendor onboarding and subsequent risk management cycleWork with State Street TPRM to continuously monitor vendor risks and oversee enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and vendor monitoringWorks with SSGA business liaison and TPRM/Procurement to review, prioritize and expedite SSGA procurement engagements, and publish regular management reporting on status and issuesDevelop deep knowledge of State Street third party management process and identify corporate center-led vendor onboarding, contracting and engagement process enhancement to increase operational efficiency and reduce SSGA business overhead across the entire vendor cycleWhat we value:

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of progressive experience with Third Party Risk Management / Vendor Risk Assessment in Financial Services IndustryInvestment industry, financial markets and market data knowledge o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advance levels of Excel is a plusAbility to independently manage projects and solution oriented mindsetPersonal resilience to work within an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environmentHighly organized, responsive, great communication skills and ability to work under high pressure deadlinesState Street's Speak Up Line
