Job DescriptionU.S. Bank National Association is seeking the position of TPRM Risk Oversight Specialist. Based on interagency (OCC, FRB, FDIC) guidance on Third Party Risk Management and in collaboration with other stakeholders, directly responsible for providing comprehensive risk oversight, governance and continuous improvement of the organizations Third Party Management end-to-end process. Primary activities will include risk oversight and credible challenge and supporting the company’s TPRM framework and strategy in accordance with Policy, Procedures and Standards that set forth requirements for effective risk management. This role ensures the organization has a structured, consistent, and scalable approach to assessing, monitoring and managing risks associated with third party relationships. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align with the TPRM framework and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the development and continuous enhancement of the TPRM framework, in alignment with TPRM strategy, ensuring proactive risk management.
Ensure the TPRM framework aligns with industry best practices and complies with applicable regulatory requirements to identify, manage and mitigate third party risks.
Evaluate business changes, processes, and controls within risk appetite.
Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of TPRM Policy, Procedures and Guidance to adequately credible challenge and provide risk oversight activities.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically more than six years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Effective relationship building and negotiation skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
