Support Third-Party Risk & Compliance Manager in the day-to-day activities to comply the objectives across the Americas Region.
Job Responsibilities
Attend data privacy requests made by Nissan/ Infiniti clients.
Conduct due diligence processes for vendors.
Report conflict of interest reviews and Gifts & Hospitality management.
Monitoring of Specialized Suppliers in Mexico
Ensure governance and compliance standards are upheld across the area.
Supports both internal and external audits as required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in law, administration, business, or related fields.
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, Compliance, Risks, Audit, Third-Party Management or similar in global companies.
Experience in Shared Services/ Hubs is a plus.
