Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as Chadwell Supply's Third-Party Sales Support. The Third-Party Sales Support is responsible for tracking and assessing third-party platform issues, creating solutions, and facilitating training for Chadwell Supply’s customers and employees to improve the overall customer experience. This role also supports the Territory Sales Team in increasing sales, efficiency, profits, and market share.
What you will need
+ You must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED. (Bachelor's Degree is preferred)
+ Experience with Great Plains and Sales Pad is an advantage.
+ You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
How you will make an impact
+ Assess Third-Party platform issues and formulate solutions.
+ Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership regarding training opportunities.
+ Perform Third-Party training of customers and employees - including scheduling & creating training materials.
+ Assist in Territory Sales Team involvement in New / Re-Signed CAP Rollouts and maintain files and Sales Pipelines.
+ Maintain discounts and pricing with Chadwell Customers.
+ Assist in providing reporting to the Territory Sales Team and Sales Leadership.
+ Lending support into new markets (Prospecting).
+ Assist in communicating Alerts from Account Management regarding discounts, ownership, and management changes.
+ Assist in providing website access to corporate management contacts.
+ Assist with entering GL Codes, Shopping Lists, and Catalog updates for third-party platforms.
