Third Party Software Manager (f/m/d) – Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Then come and join our global team as Third Party Software Manager (f/m/d) – Magnetic Resonance Imaging to play a key role in the assessment of security risks and third-party solutions.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for safety assessments of third-party software, guiding component owners, and overseeing license clearing to mitigate legal risks.You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SBOM disclosure, and support the development team in managing end-of-support software components.You collaborate with cybersecurity experts to minimize security risks.Leading initiatives to improve infrastructure, tools, and process automation in third-party software management is also part of your role.You coordinate with third-party software managers from other business units to standardize automation, tools, and processes.You advise and support project managers and solution owners on TPM processes and regulatory requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a master's degree in computer science or a related field.You have several years of professional experience in software development.We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education combined with additional professional experience in this field.You stand out with experience in process definition and process automation.You have experience in third-party software management and license clearing; knowledge or professional experience in cybersecurity is a strong advantage.Ideally, you have knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices.
