In this role, you’ll work closely with our Video Production Team to craft customizable thumbnail templates, design eye-catching visuals, and monitor performance metrics. Responsibilities:

Design and develop customizable thumbnail templates for seamless use by other content creatorsProduce eye-catching thumbnails as needed to support ongoing projectsTrack and analyze Click-Through Rates (CTR), providing insights and recommendations for optimizationContinuously refresh and update thumbnails and templates to ensure they stay engaging and aligned with evolving trends

Must Have’s: 

3+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field Experience working with data and analyticsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of the entertainment, media, and pop culture landscapesAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at onceCreative, proactive, and highly organized with a keen attention to detail
