Shape, mount, cut, clamp and install various fittings. + Work in an innovative team environment to produce the highest quality of aluminum boats on the market. + Good time management. + Perform general housekeeping and maintenance. + Operate and maintain hand and power tools. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + Dependable attendance is required. + Read a tape measure. + Be able to follow instructions and procedures. + Work overtime to meet production needs. + Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Previous history in wiring, boating and mechanical field.
