Job Summary:\n

The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking candidates for our Summer Ticket Sales Internship position. This internship will involve observation of the various functions of the Ticket Sales department while receiving practical knowledge of game day responsibilities and project work. This intern will also learn customer service skills using all forms of communication utilized in the department.\n

Job Duties:\n\nObserve the Ticket Development, Season, Premium, and Group Sales departments\nAssist with game day responsibilities at home games including pre-game entertainment and customer visits in suites and all-inclusive areas\nLearn how to provide excellent customer service via all portals of communication including phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and Alive Chat\nParticipate in group and individual projects as assigned \n\n

Education and Experience Required:\n\nCurrent enrollment in an accredited program at a college or University with a minimum Junior level status\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills\nDesire to learn and grow professionally in the sports industry\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled \nStrong customer service skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook\n\n

Education and Experience Preferred:\n\nExperience in sales, preferably within the sports industry\nExperience in customer service, preferably within the sales industry\nKnowledge of Ticket.com ProVenue ticketing platform\n
