Overview The Highlands is currently seeking new Ticket Scanners to join our team! As a Ticket Scanner, you will be responsible for utilizing handheld RFID scanners to verify lift tickets as well as monitor RFID gate access. You will also answer guest’s questions and provide them information about the slopes as well as the resort as a whole. This is an outdoor full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working at the resort. Assist guests with resort-specific questions, announcements and delivery of pertinent information while providing friendly and helpful guest services Promoting, embracing, and adhering to The Highlands at Harbor Springs Mission and Core Values Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be able to fulfill season commitment INSERT SEASON HERE *Single Bed, no pets.
