Overview Are you an outdoors lover? Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus! As a Ticket Scanner for The Summit at Snoqualmie, your job is providing great guest service along with the checking and scanning of tickets and season passes and crowd control as guests enter the lift maze. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Welcome and greet guests and assist them as needed as they enter the lift maze. Provide great guest service by exceeding guest’s expectations. Checking/Scanning/Verifying every guest for a valid ticket or pass. Establish crowd control and effectively communicate traffic flow to guests. Continually remain vigilant to the needs of both the equipment and the guests and react to those needs in the safest manner while maintaining quality service. Incentive Bonuses This is a non-benefited role. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
